100% Inspection

QUALITY FOR EVERY REQUIREMENT

The quality consciousness of every single employee is apparent in and throughout all areas. The benchmark for the best possible quality and cost-effectiveness is always the customer’s requirements. We inspect visually, with contact, without contact in accuracy classes from 0.002 mm.

We utilize MSA software in order to minimize the human error during the measurement processes.

CIP/SPC – Controlling in Process/Statistical Process Control

CIP – Controlling in Process we understand as the usage of integrated measuring systems that acquire measured data during the production process and in this way control and regulate the process.

Depending on the cycle time of the components, we are able to establish, in parallel with the actual machining, processes that 100% inspect every component during the non-productive time. Along with the advantage that all components are 100% inspected, we can also regulate and control the production process in good time in this way.

This 100% inspection directly in the process, however, cannot be implemented with all components, because proximity to production also brings with it heat, chips and other negative factors.

Quality Control Points

We utilize set up in-process, final, and receiving inspections based on a quality control plan. Defined quality control plans to trigger in-process, final, and receiving inspections.

We manage and track production part approval process (PPAP) submissions together with process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA) documents to routings.

Finally we produce 8D reports against customer compaints.

CMM clean room environment

We have a tottaly controled room in our premises for the high precision measurements. We monitor temperature and humidity levels 24/7 in order to be able to say we are “precision-ready”. State of the art CMM machines from DEA and measuring heads from LEITZ pay a critical role in that as well.
